The art of Degas always fresh and exciting has a bittersweet beauty the comes alive in the forty colorplates and numerous full page black and white illustrations of this handsome book Degas Masters of Art My copy is yellowed and tearing and some of the pictures are faded but I think it gives it a classic charm The writing is not the best either but it s a perfect pocket book to carry around if you re going on a flight and want something easy to read and look at. Degasifier I ll be on the look out for a new book covering his work but for now this whet my appetite English This was such an interesting and brief synopsis of Degas and his works I would love to find of these and expand my knowledge of other artists English Extremely pleasant and informative read I may try to find of this series I m not sure how rare these are English 3 1 2 stars English
