Sherwood Charade epubs air I liked Allan a lot even though he was in the story for a short time only He was adorable And so brave in that overly noble way of the storybook knights Mr Mueller s reading program for underprivileged kids was hilarious and actually a pretty great idea I think Sherwood Charade Marian Allanson lost her parents when she was just a baby and went to her aunt and uncle for care as they were the only living relatives Marian was back at the bookstore and working as a clerk but Orlando a street wise twelve year old suddenly flew across the counter knocked her to the hard floor and when she opened her eye s the two of them were no longer in the bookstore but instead they were in a forest Roland the Earl of Hunterdon was not really the son of the orginal Roland but he looked so much like him that the housewhole believed it He kept putting off marrying Lady Elaine for one reason or another he just knew that it did not feel right in his heart Now that she was dead he felt sorry that he kept putting off their marriage but when he saw the imposter who claimed to be Elaine he knew that he had the right choice in marrying Elaine Mimi Riser pens a halarious story with Marian going back in time to see her fantasy man come to life she is fiesty stubborn and throughly twenty first century and balks at Roland s high handed manner Roland forces her to marry him and utters her acceptance before she could open her mouth Later Marian meets her fantasy and his horse also named Marian and she finds herself loving both the fantasy Robin Hood and Roland the Earl of Hunterdon Sherwood Charade is along and delicious that will have readers laughing and squirming when Marian finally gets her man or should that be men Sherwood Charade Wonderful This is an excellent time travel romance the characters are so great and the plot is plausibly twisted I read it through in one sitting Sherwood Charade My God This was the Robin Hood adventure I didn t even know I needed There are lots of things about this book I didn t particularly like.
