But one takes a turn for the worse when Jason s daughter is kidnapped by a killer on the run This book was so fast paced and I could not put it down I loved how slow and sweet the romance between Jason and Ben was Jason was adorable with how dedicated he was to his daughter and how he would literally sacrifice everything for her He was so hard on himself and I just wanted him to put himself first when it came to his love life I had no idea how they were going to get Jason s daughter back or how they were going to make their relationship work I was hooked until the end and would definitely recommend picking this book up Ends of the Earth 3. Ends of the earthz pet Jason is 25 and the young father of 8 year old Maggie Jason being the good dad he is has taken his daughter on a camping trip in the mountains of Montana Maggie loves everything nature and is very knowledgeable in this area While doing a planned trail they meet Ranger Ben He s very sweet and patient with Maggie answering any and all her questions Jason takes notice of not only how nice he s being to his daughter but also to his looks He brushes it off as him just admiring another mans physique because he could never manage to have that kind of body But soon Jason comes to realize that the reason he gets nervous and fumbles his words and gets flutters in his stomach around Ben is because he s attracted to him Jason is accepting of this new found attraction then most would be I m glad there wasn t a lot of drama surrounding his epiphany He accepted it and moved on Ben is 41 and has been just going through the motions of life since the break up with his ex.

He s just stuck in the hurt and anger But it all changes when he meets the young father Jason and his sweet girl Maggie He joins them a lot on there adventures and he is enjoying spending time with them He s attracted to Jason and is hoping something will happen between them But all that comes to a pause when while on one of their trails Maggie is kidnapped by a wanted killer Jason is beside himself with guilt and fear He refuses to give up on tracking down Maggie From here on it s pretty tense with the search and rescue I liked how this was handled and was glued to the pages as it played out. Ends of the earth verse This isn t the only drama There is some with Jason s parents as well Then a little bit with him and Ben Although I felt the chemistry between him and Ben.

I didn t really get to enjoy them together since there was so little of them being a couple and being together I wish there was of them on page and development in their relationship because it came together quite quickly for me I missed the build up Then they were together and the book was over It wasn t enough for me The book was still really enjoyable and really loved the relationship between father and daughter If your looking for something that is sweet with a bit drama give this one a go. Ends of the earth mission 5 This isn t a typical romance but Keira Andrews doesn t do typical she has a wide range and writes with equal ease about the gay Amish as she does about the zombie apocalypse Road to the Sun is part love story part suspense thriller part sexual discovery What begins as a tale of two men Ben a lonely 41 year old ranger and Jason a timid 25 year old single father meeting and tentatively forming a friendship turns into a scary heart pounding adventure when Jason s 8 year old daughter Maggie is abducted by a killer hiding in the wilderness That sounds tr s dramatique but the plot arc is incredibly well done Andrews shows us a father s desperate grief and the overwhelming guilt Ben feels over leading Jason and Maggie on a hike so far away from the campgrounds We are not told how the characters feel we experience it with them I was worried each man would blame the other but that didn t happen They frantically search for Maggie and then deal with the aftermath in the only way they know how While Ben forms a strong attachment to Jason and really believes they could have a future Jason is terrified Jason is all about the routine He doesn t like change Maggie has always been his whole world Jason isn t Jason a sexual being a man with his own interests who pursues romance Jason is Maggie s dad Period Maggie is an adorable precocious little girl who read a little old for her age I have a lot of experience with kids and Maggie talked and acted like a 10 or 11 year old than an 8 year old but I m willing to give that a pass since much was made of her intelligence and fascination with nature Even though Jason and Ben don t know each other well the connection between them sexual and otherwise was palpable I would usually roll my eyes at two people falling in love after spending just a few days together but I think tragedy can bring people closer and allow them to feel emotions they d typically bury Road to the Sun is lovely in so many ways the suspense doesn t take over the romance and the few steamy scenes are tender and passionate The epilogue delivers an amazing HEA I m not kidding A MAZE ING one of the best HEAs ever Oh God This is too good to be true Jason moaned his eyes squeezed shut Ben leaned back panting I m here We re together Open your eyes Ends of the Earth 05 06 20 0. The end of the world pdf 99 at US 4 30 20 LOVED Keira Andrews wowed me again with this one It s been so long since I ve had a book that I couldn t put down that I actually forgot how it felt That feeling of I need to keep reading just doesn t happen for me that often any and so I unwisely started this book at about 11 pm last night At 4 am this morning I was kicking myself but I just couldn t put it down Certain parts of this book were exactly my taste and certain parts were not my usual fare however they came together to make a book that was 100% compulsively readable.
